Rosemary's

Off-strip, Rosemary's provides hungry visitors with New Orleans style décor and cuisine. Roasted Rack of Lamb, Crispy skinned striped bass and hushpuppies are just a few tempting dishes served at Rosemary's.

Take a break while shopping at Caesars Palace and stop in for a sandwich at the Stage Deli. Modeled after the original Stage Deli in New York , the one in Caesars serves up amazingly large and outrageously delicious sandwiches. A bucket of fresh pickled cucumbers and tomatoes is brought to your table to enjoy with your meal. Beware of the pickled tomatoes.

Located at the Mandalay Bay Palace, the Burger Bar is aptly named and offers patrons the choice of ordering at your table or building your own burger at it's burger bar. Toppings range from fried eggs and bacon, to grilled lobster and truffles.

Rich dark wood flooring and paneling welcome visitors into this bar in the Middle of the New York New York Hotel and Casino. Guests at The Bar can enjoy some of the hottest entertainment or sing along with the outstanding dueling pianos.


Shopping

Caesar's Palace

The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace is a huge mall inside a casino. Walk along the cobblestone walk ways and gaze at the ceiling which has been hand painted to resemble a cloudy blue sky. Stop and take a rest when you get to the middle of the mall at the Caesar statue and wait for the lights to dim, the music to start and the statues to move.

Bellagio

You'll find the best of New York , Rodeo Drive and Paris all right at the Bellagio Mall. The glass ceiling, the artwork and the true European elegance will delight your senses. While you're at the Bellagio, make sure and catch the fountain show in front of the hotel. It will definitely take your breath away.

The Venetian

The Grand Canal mall is a sight to behold. Step off the Las Vegas strip and right into Venice , Italy complete with gondolas and singing gondoliers. In the center of the mall is a replica of St. Marks Square . While walking along the cobblestone paths, you might notice life like sized statues. Go ahead and place a tip at their feet and see if you get a wink or a smile.
