The Jackie Christie, Inc. Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to enjoy what you've ordered, however you may return for a refund or exchange. We will gladly accept your return of any unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with the tags still attached within 14 business days. We will send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. We do have two different policies so please make sure you are familiar with both before ordering.

Return/Exchange policy for Women’s Apparel, Men’s Apparel, Home/Décor Items:

For returns:
Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us
via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

For exchanges: Using the original invoice, please circle the item you wish to exchange and list the item you wish to replace it with. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below
via insured mail. We will send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Return/Exchange Policy for Private Collection and Personalized Items:

Because these items are made to order and are one of a kind, they are
non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless they are found to be defective. If you have a question concerning this policy, please call 1-888-733-7105.

Things to keep in mind...


 

· Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
· Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
· Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
· If the original payment was a check, money order, merchandise certificate or gift certificate,
  you will receive a refund check in the mail.
